Educo Technologies, Inc. was established by credentialed California educators.

We understand that different people have different learning styles, modalities or preferences. We take this valuable insight and apply it to online business -- especially when it comes to team building.

We do this by streamlining the training process through educational technology.

With respect to learning styles, some people are "audio" learners. They learn best by hearing a thing. Other people are "visual" learners. They learn best by seeing demonstrations. Still others are "musical" learners. They learn best when you combine the information with music.

Now just imagine the possibilities when you combine these approaches!

In fact, educators agree that there are at least seven (some would say nine) different learning preferences.

The degree to which you address and accommodate the different learning preferences of your members, you will see a variety of outcomes in your business.

Some things are better demonstrated than explained. There are concepts, skills and techniques that are difficult to understand with the printed word alone.

Yet when presented with the right combination of educational technology, the concept comes alive!

The video on the right is an example, which condenses a lot of teaching into one brief segment.

Do You Sell On Ebay? (About Me Page Tips)
Click HERE to visit the About Me page in the video.

Millions of people buy and sell on eBay everyday.

But relatively few of them have even begun to tap into (let alone maximize) the possibilities of their complimentary eBay "AboutMe" page.

In the example above, educational technology makes it easy!

Learning vs. Expression: In One Way and Out Another
What really gets interesting is that certain people receive best through one modality and yet express themselves in an altogether different modality.

In other words, they express themselves differently than the way they learn.
Technically speaking, their input channel is different from their output channel.

Case in point: Some learners will watch a concept quietly without saying a single word or asking a single question. But they are literally mastering the information as they receive it visually. (Perhaps you can personally relate to this example, yes?)

Then, to everyone's surprise, this same person who did not say a single word or ask a single question during the presentation will go out and win the world over, out-performing everyone else who saw the same presentation.

But the amazing thing is that they will do it entirely through verbal expression without the use of a single visual aid, because the image of the concept is crystal clear in their mind. They have taken complete ownership of the concept and nobody else saw it happening.

Everyone else may have perceived this person to be disinterested or at least unresponsive during the presentation. Nevertheless, they were taking everything in visually. Some people have photographic memories, and they can recall incredible details, like the floor plan of a house they lived in for just a few months when they were only four or five years old.

Once again, some people learn visually and express themselves verbally.

Other people learn verbally and express themselves visually.

Everyone learns differently, and that is why it is so important to identify the learning preferences of your team.

Empower Your Team through Educational Technology
As you can imagine, your team is capable of incredible achievement, and they already demonstrated their interest when they joined you. Nevertheless, it is still important to understant that what empowers one person may not generate the same outcome with another.

With this in mind, our click-by-click, step-by-step web-based training is specially designed to enhance the performance of your team.

Thank you for visiting!
